1. How do I book classes and how do I cancel my classes?
We carry out the method of booking and canceling classes in advance. You need to book your classes or cancel
classes 24 hours in advance, by signing into "My Study Account". For any emergency cancellation less than 24 hours
in advance, you need to email us at services@mychineselearning.com, or leave a message at our service IM or by
phone call.
2. Can I choose the teacher by myself and can I keep the same teacher?
Yes, you could choose the teacher by yourself. After you join at our school we will assign you a primary teacher and
we will change the teacher under your request if you think he/she is not suit for you. Generally speaking, you would
have the same teacher by your schedule. But sometimes, if you change your schedule suddenly, you may book a
lesson by time, and find a different teacher who will teach you the lesson. But your substitute teacher will be
well-prepared to teach your class, based on your previous classes’ recordings. And he/she will understand your
learning progress and level of fluency from your primary teacher as well.
3. If I felt that my course did not fit me, could I change it, and how?
After several classes, if you found that your course did not fit you, or you wanted to choose other courses, you could
change your course by inquiring with your course consultant, who contacts you at the very beginning. Our academic
dept, your consultant will work with your primary teacher to make out a better solution for you within 2 working days.
4. After taking the course, do I have a time limit of completing my course?
Research shows that 5 hours' study per week can ensure a good learning effect. So we advise you should to
arrange your class time at reasonable hours to ensure effective studying results. If you have to stop learning for
some reasons, and the time exceeds one week, you can apply for suspension. The terms of suspension are
based on what type of products you choose. When you are ready to resume your studies, you can continue your
course. If you have very flexible schedule, you may choose our customized course type, to be sure that you can
take the most classes possible.
5. How do I renew my course after completing the current one?
When you only have 10 classes left, your course consultant will contact you to confirm your next study plan and
guide you through the process of renewing your course. And your primary teacher will provide you with the progress

more advanced coursework.
6. How to get refund?
You need to call or email our service dept to inform us of your request. We will complete your request in 3 working
days. After issuing your refund, our customer service dept. will email your notification. Please check your bank

7. Can I transfer my course to other people?
